There`s Strength in Numbers
The World Searches to find a Cure... Help Support the Fight
SGA/FOCUS, Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Tri-County Pearls, an Interest Group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Culturama, a youth group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  have teamed up to observe Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and these groups will be providing you with helpful tips and information on the subject. Breast cancer is a type of cancer where cells in the breast divide and grow without normal control. About 85 percent of breast cancers begin in the mammary ducts. However, some tumors can be aggressive, and grow much more rapidly. Although breast cancer is more common in women, it can also occur in men. The SGA/FOCUS members will conduct activities during the month of October to promote Breast Cancer Awareness.  Help us by joining the fight against Breast Cancer. Thank you for all of your support in helping us to help others "Find a Cure". "There's Strength in Numbers!"
